Schedule Hours may vary: 9:00-17:00
Duration 4 Months to 1 year
Tasks and responsabilities Report to: Front office Manager / Room Service Manager

Responsibilities:

-Receive guests politely, professional, prompt and assist them to your best abilities.
-Co-operate with all departments
-Know your products
-Up-sell at all times appropriate
-Ensure switchboard is always answered professionally -Report all hazards / incidents to your manager -Assist management on an as need basis -Ensure all fire regulations are followed -Review company policies
